The online tools (28-Day Dashboard, Portion Calculator & Progress Tracker) are provided free with your purchase, "as is". Your tool data is stored on your own device; we cannot recover it if your browser data is cleared. We may update, improve, or retire tools over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyQuest's total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from how you apply the educational content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
