This Privacy Policy explains what information BodyQuest ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, quiz, member tools, and products, and how we use it. By using our services you agree to this policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send spam. We do not store your health-tracker data on our servers.
We share data only with service providers needed to run BodyQuest — payment processing (Razorpay), form handling and hosting (Netlify), email delivery, and analytics/advertising platforms — each bound by their own privacy terms, and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
We keep order records as long as needed for support, refunds, and legal requirements. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law) by emailing yourbodyquest@gmail.com. Tool data on your device can be deleted anytime with the "Clear Data" / "Reset" buttons in the tools or by clearing your browser data.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect analytics but does not affect your ability to take the quiz or use your tools.
Our services are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
